Tina Bartlett

Vice President of Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP)

Tina Bartlett came to Corpus Christi Housing Authority in 2020 as the Vice President of Rental Housing. In 2022, she was moved to become the Vice President of the Housing Choice Voucher Program. She has worked in Executive Management for Affordable Housing for over 13 years in Kansas and Texas. She has administered Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher Program, Family Self Sufficiency Program, Tax Credit Properties, and multiple specialty voucher programs.

Tina earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Kansas Wesleyan University. She is also certified as a Public Housing Manager, Certified and Trainer in Commissioner Fundamentals and Ethics, HQS Certified Inspector, Certified in HCV Financial Management & Reporting, Advanced PHA Budgeting & Accounting, Developing and Managing PBV Specialist and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance certified.

Tina serves on the Texas National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (TX NAHRO). She chairs the Professional Development Committee for TX NAHRO and served previously as President of Kansas NAHRO and sat on multiple committee for State, Regional and National NAHRO. Tina began her career in the Air Force as a Dental Laboratory Technician, later owning her own Dental Laboratory for 15 years before entering the Affordable Housing industry as the Finance Manager for a Public Housing Authority where she was eventually promoted to the Executive Director position.
