Karen Miranda

Karen Miranda is the Vice President of Rental Properties at Bluebonnet Gardens, an affiliate of Coastal Housing Partners, where she brings over fifteen years of leadership experience in operations management, process improvement and human resource management. At Bluebonnet Gardens, she oversees the company’s diverse portfolio of rental properties that house over 2,200 families. With her dedication to excellence and passion for service, she is committed to creating a positive, community-focused environment. Karen studied at Del Mar College, Liberty University and completed the Chief Human Resources Officer program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified Management Executive and Certified Hearing Officer. Beyond the office, she enjoys spending time as a mom and capturing the beauty of the world around her through photography.
