Corpus Christi Housing Authority offers a solution for much-needed rental options for low-moderate income families through the Workforce Housing Opportunities (W.H.O.) Program.

Many local families are paying more than 30% of their income on rent, making them  “rent burdened” and limiting their ability to afford other necessities or save.  The W.H.O. Program addresses this by partnering with market-rate rental properties to create mixed-income developments.

These properties offer reduced rent for qualifying individuals and families earning 80% or less than the Average Median Family Income (AMFI).
