Brian has been a professional in the Procurement field since 1991. He began his career as an Acquisition Contracting Officer in the United States Air Force procuring aircraft parts and major services within federal and DOD procurement guidelines. After retiring, Brian served in Procurement leadership roles for Texas public school districts. His experience includes the acquisition of goods, services, and construction. Brian joined the CCHA team in 2017 serving as the Vice-President of Procurement and in 2018 was appointed over Information Technology. 

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisition Management. He holds a lifetime certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Supply Management (ISM).
