James A. Morgan – Sr. Vice President for Administrative Services
The Sr. Vice President for Administrative Services is responsible for the management and administration of the Human Resources, Information Technology and Insurance functions of the Housing Authority. This position also serves as the Housing Authority's Public Information officer.
Human Resources: The Human Resources department is responsible for directing the human capital activities of the Housing Authority including recruitment and selection, employee relations, benefits selection and administration, employee development, training, and compensation.
Information Technology (IT): The IT department provides the planning, development, production, maintenance, enhancement and overall administration of the Housing Authority's information systems resources including applications, programming, systems analysis, computer operations, and voice/video/data communications.
Insurance: The Insurance function of The Housing Authority is responsible for maintaining adequate general liability, errors and omissions, automobile, property, windstorm, and workers compensation insurance for all our public housing and tax credit units as well as overall agency coverages.
